Relief Head Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Partie – Temporary and on-going Assignments

£16.00 - £25.00 ph (extra for Bank Holidays and Premium rate days)

This position is both flexible and diverse. With Clients across the industry, our Relief Chefs often work within a variety of establishments, undertaking a mixture of roles.

You may be a Head Chef and want to relieve yourself of quite so much responsibility and be happy to work as a CDP or Sous Chef, alongside planning hours around your own schedule. The more experience you possess, the more opportunities there may be for you.

This may also be the perfect stepping stone, from one job to another, giving you the freedom to wait for the right new full time opportunity, whilst gaining knowledge in a number of different environments.

The right candidate will be punctual, have great communication skills and be somewhat flexible with availability to accommodate our Client’s needs.
