We're on the look out for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team at this Hotel on a beautiful Cotswolds Estate. It’s a unique opportunity for any chef serious about their career to join and experience.

• A predicted salary is £32,448 plus share of service charge, equating to just under £36K per year.


• 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)


• 48 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7

Working in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen, you’ll join a hardworking and organised team. The kitchen features top-of-the-range equipment, and with ongoing investment into the department, it really is a excellent work environment. With events, working lunches, and a fun gourmet hot dog menu for our bar and room service, every day is different and there is so much to learn!

All chefs’ career development is a core focus for us, and we have many opportunities for you to gain new skills and experience a wide variety of menus, restaurant styles and sizes, all featuring the very best of fresh ingredients., We offer a great salary of £32,448 plus share of service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year) just under £36,000 , meals on duty and uniform. This is for a 48 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7. Live-in accommodation might be available for this role, which is at an extra cost (£256pm including bills) and 5 minutes’ walk from the Hotel.
