Chef De Partie – 2 AA Rosettes - Wiltshire

The Package

£16000 - £18000 dependant on experience

Plus tips, staff incentives and use of Hotel facilities.

The Role

We are recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join a young kitchen brigade in this outstanding restaurant and brasserie.

Working within this established brigade of 7 talented chefs this is a great opportunity for a budding Chef De Partie to become a pivotal part of the brigade.  As Chef De Partie you will need to have a passion for rosette standard food, a good eye for detail and good knife skills.

This establishment has a fantastic reputation and with an award winning restaurant this is an exciting step for the right chef de partie candidate.  The food is a high end blend of modern and traditional using locally sourced produce, supporting local farmers and suppliers.

The ideal chef de partie candidate will have a proven track record in either award winning hotels or gastro establishments, excellent communication skills and be seeking a challenging new role where progression and enhancement of your current skills are essential.
