Chef Manager £28,000 - £30,000 – Independent School, Cheltenham

Chef Manager required for an independent school in Cheltenham, leading a team of 20 (chefs and front of house) for children aged 3 to 13 plus staff.  5 star standard, sourcing your own initiatives.

Reporting to the GM and Exec Chef you must have exceptional skills in the following:

• Cooking ability


• Site management


• Finance


• Health and Food Safety


• Allergies 


• Client liaison 


• Methods of customer feedback and response
