Chef Manager – Monday to Friday – Avonmouth

Fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager to join this national company as part of the wider management team. You will be in charge of the catering operation running a busy commercial kitchen and delivering excellent standards in a high volume workplace café in a 24hr operation.

Work pattern is mainly Monday to Friday but occasionally it may be necessary to cover weekend and night shifts. 

Chef Manager responsibilities include; writing great menus, producing exciting seasonal food, recruitment, training, managing the team, sales driving, marketing, stock management, ordering.
