We're looking for a friendly Chef Manager to run this luxurious retirement site in The Cotswolds.

The site is a modern development providing breakfast, lunch and supper plates for the Retired Home Owners. They cater for approx 35 covers for lunch providing a pre-ordered meal along with an ad-hoc Bistro menu.

There is free parking on site, uniform is provided, and great training is available leading to development and progression within the company. This position will have a finish time of 3:30pm, meaning there is no evening work. 

Job Description

To deliver the highest standards, you will be accountable for the following:

- Proactive management of your catering team

- Budget management

- Innovative design of food service, food presentation and portion/quality control

- COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.

Working Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 37.5 hours per week
