Our client is looking for a very experienced Chef Manager to oversee a very busy Secondary School. Whilst you must be able to get stuck in at crucial times, this role requires a Chef Manager that has the ability to really lead the team with concise and clear direction. This is a very busy site and the right candidate will be in charge of a team of 10. You will be responsible for the main canteen as well as a food serving pod, and an all day Sixth Form Cafe.
