COMMIS CHEF - £24,000 (OTE £29,000) – FULL TIME

We are a country pub/restaurant who strives to provide fantastic food, great ales and a cosy rural setting to relax and enjoy. Located just outside of Bristol & Bath, we are an exciting destination place for many people who want to experience high quality outside of the city. We operate a fresh-food kitchen, giving us the freedom to continuously experiment with new dishes, and put our own stamp on what we provide.

We have a close-knit team across the business and pride ourselves on this. Our culture and relationships are what allows us to keep working efficiently and successfully. There are no glass ceilings at our establishment, meaning we all work as one team to provide the level of service we would expect ourselves. All our card & cash tips are split 100% equally between all FOH & BOH staff each shift.

We are now looking for a new full-time Commis Chef to join the team. This is fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to begin a career in chefing, or for someone who has some experience and now wants to build on this. This will allow you to learn from our highly experienced kitchen, creating meals from scratch.
