The Role
As Conference & Banqueting Manager you will be expected to take assertive and effective ownership of the Conference & Banqueting department; operate at a 5 star standard during all service periods; develop and maintain a motivated team with personality and flair and communicate in an effective manner plus demonstrate orderly financial, administrative and Health & Safety controls.
This Conference & Banqueting Manager role includes sales, recruitment, financial awareness, outstanding standards, communication and administration skills.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Operational experience in a similar 4 to 5 star standard hotel
  • City and Guilds, NVQ Equivalent, Personal Licence
  • Leadership, communication, delegation, motivation skills
  • Financial awareness (budgeting, targeting etc)
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
