The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced ‘Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager’ to join the team within this stunning property. Candidates will be responsible for the delivery of weddings, conferences and private dinners, ensuring guest’s needs and expectations are meet. Assisting with the training and development of the C&B team will be an integral part of this position. Candidates will be responsible for effective rostering, providing an input into weekly function meetings, controlling cost and maximising sales.

· Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is essential
