Our client operates a well established, city hotel. This position offers excellent progression within a National hotel brand. This delightful Georgian building is set amongst 7 acres of beautifully maintained gardens and is a short walk from the centre of the iconic city of Bath . With a plan to push the food offering forward, this is a great time to join this friendly team.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Catering and Banqueting Manager to take this exciting role in this stunning South West property. Working with the Catering and Banqueting Manager, key parts of the role will involve organising the conferencing and banqueting team to deliver great experiences to the guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in event management and strong organisational skills in similar leadership roles. You will supervise conferences and banquets ensuring consistency in setup and throughout the execution of the event. Together with the C&B Management Team, you will ensure that your staff are motivated and trained to meet the highest levels of guest care and service.

This will be an ideal position for an experienced supervisor looking to take their next step.
