Chef required for a professional firm in the vibrant city of Bath. Working independently this Chef role involves running the catering outlet for employees and visitors to the business.  Working hours are full time 06.45 – 15.15, Monday to Friday. The chef will be preparing fresh sandwiches and grab and go salads daily, as well as developing new meal deals.  The role is customer facing and also involves serving at times. There are fantastic benefits for the right candidate as well as the opportunity to grow within the role.

Chef requirements:

• As a Chef you will have previous proven experience in a similar role for two or more years


• Excellent customer service as you will be customer facing, taking payments when needed


• Responsible for due diligence checks, COSHH, Food Safety HACCP in the kitchen


• Responsible for ordering all food as well as managing stock


• Lead on initiatives to build on engagement and sales within the office


• Preparing fresh salads and sandwiches daily


• Preferably barista trained, but training can be given


• Act as key holder to open the office in the morning
