Circa £16,500 per annum with a view to increase when fully trained

The Company

Our client  is a stunning country house hotel located in the heart of Wiltshire. Set within five acres of landscaped gardens this classical Georgian hotel is the epitome of charm, character and elegance.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager who has a strong operational knowledge of a Hotel to take on this key role. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Hotel during your shift. This will involve ensuring guest satisfaction, dealing appropriately with any problems along with assisting in all departments.

The ideal Duty Manager will be front facing with a friendly and approachable personality. You will also be ambitious, with the desire to progress your career through this developing property. Candidates will be ideally able to demonstrate a knowledge of all operations within a hotel environment (including Reception, Conference, Banqueting and Restaurant)

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates require their own transport. This role would also require the successful candidate to spend one night per week on site

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Confident nature.

· An operational knowledge of the Hotel environment.

· Previous experience with in a Duty Management role.

· Front facing, friendly and approachable personality.

· Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
