An Independently owned Boutique Hotel In Beautiful Spa town of Malvern is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor .The Hotel boasts 2 AA Rosettes and are very much pushing for a Third.

Restaurant Supervisor

A successful Restaurant Supervisor is required to join the this beautiful boutique hotel on the Malvern Hills, The hotel is currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment with the restaurant and bar and kitchen already done. The next phase will include the rooms and remainder of the public spaces.

As Restaurant Supervisor you will use your experience and knowledge to supervise team members, ensure smooth running of the department and ensure a high quality of service provided to guests. You will be assisting the Operations Manager to meet staffing budgets, control and order stock and train and maintain the levels of staffing.
