Food and Beverage Manager, Country House Hotel.

The Role

Food and Beverage Manager required for stunning Country House Hotel, Chippenham.

We are currently seeking suitable applicants for the position of Food and Beverage Manager at a stunning Country House Hotel, near Chippenham, Wiltshire.

The successful applicant will be working with a small and professional team providing an excellent service experience for all guests.

Experience in a similar role is required with a background managing a Fine Dining restaurant. The property currently holds an AA Rosette and is striving for it’s second this year. Applicants must therefore be able to demonstrate excellent product knowledge and be confident with regard to training and motivating the Restaurant team.

The property is also a very popular venue for Weddings and has stunning facilities and gardens. The Food and Beverage Manager will be required to organise and manage this aspect of the business as part of their remit, experience in this area is also a requirement.

The property is privately owned and therefore the position could be ideally suited to applicants with a Corporate background, looking for an opportunity to flex they’re entrepreneurial skills in a boutique environment.

The salary is negotiable, depending on experience, but will be in the region of £22,000pa.
