The Role;

Our Client is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for their bespoke hotel in Gloucestershire. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the Restaurant, Bar, Conference and Banqueting side of the hotel, anything that is food based.

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach whilst taking control, accountability and ownership for the management of the department. You will manage, lead and develop your team and will be part of the Senior Management team. You must ensure that the highest of standards are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved.

The ideal candidate will currently be a Food and Beverage Manager in a hotel either a little smaller or similar size. Altenatively, you may be a Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, looking for your next step in your career.

You must have excellent man management skills be confident, have presence, have a passion for service delivery and enjoy working in a busy environment. With a can do attitude, excellent communication skills and being hands on where need be with your team you will lead from the front to ensure every guest receives the highest service levels.

45 hours per week permanent contract, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis

The salary on offer is a very competitive £35K per annum, which is also increased by £6-£7K per year service charge.

Accommodation.

There is accommodation available for approximately one month, to assist with relocation, should you wish to move from another area. The Client would hope that during this time, you are able to source your own suitable, permanent accommodation.
