Deputy Food & Beverage Manager Role:

We are looking for a Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to join an award winning, 2 AA Rosette restaurant in a luxury 4 AA red star hotel in the Cotswolds. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience leading a team in a fine dining establishment, who wants to learn valuable skills to progress in their career.

Deputy Food & Beverage Manager Requirements:

- Previous experience in a leading a team in a fine dining establishment

- Ability to help motivate and guide a large team

- Confidence and clear communication skills are needed
