After its inception as a high-quality delivery brand last year, this fresh idea has gone from strength to strength. Our Client has now secured amazing premises and they are looking for a General Manager to help launch this delicious, and exciting Restaurant and Cocktail bar in this market town, on the outskirts of Cheltenham. It turns out that the people in the vale love fresh burgers, bangin' sides and tipsy cocktails as much as they do.

The General Manager will be a commercially astute, people-focussed leader with demonstrable experience of Start Ups while having built engaged teams around them within an autonomous environment.

The menu offers tasty smash burgers, tantalizing sides and overloaded fries, to those who visit. All burger patties are home-made using locally sourced, grass fed cow meat, from a nearby farm.

What they need from you;

·Someone who can serve great drinks and food and make what we do the talk of the vale!

·A leader who is as confident creating rotas and policies, as they are wiping tables.

· A General Manager who is proficient with numbers. Pricing, stock control, wastage, labour, P&L.

·Experience with health and safety legislation and standards.

·A motivator, whether it is delivering training while recruiting or making someone’s day.
