General Manager required for outstanding pub located near Salisbury, Wiltshire. As the General Manager of this pub with rooms you will manage the day to day operations of the site, maintain / exceed KPI targets and ensure the positive growth of new and existing team members. Due to the location of this pub near Salisbury, own transportation is recommended.

General Manager requirements:

• You will have a background within a hotel, pub or similar


• Prior knowledge as an Assistant or General Manager


• Proven experience of staff recruitment, training and development


• A natural Hospitality flair


• Excellent communication skills
