The Role
As Head Chef of this well known village pub you will have the autonomy to plan and create menus along with the owners in order to grow the business and please the locals and passersby alike.
A suitable applicant will have previous experience within a pub or hotel environment. Applicants must also have at least 2 years experience at Sous Chef level or higher.
The food here is simple but freshly cooked, the most important aspect of this is excellent quality ingredients presented and cooked perfectly.
Managing a small team you will be responsible for stock ordering, creating rotas and setting and maintaining food standards.
