Job Description
Catering Services are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for a large prestigious contract caterer in the Cheltenham Area.
The site serves over 1500 people per day offering a large selection of food options.
The successful applicant will manage a team to ensure quality food is produced on a daily basis and will need to have a proven background in Contract Catering and ensure budgets and targets are met.
Reporting to the Catering Manager and covering for them in their absence.
Responsibilities will include ensuring all mandatory paperwork and training is carried out and your team are fully trained to ensure all are aware of the current legislation.
Recording of Daily HACCP and kitchen cleanliness.
Salary: £25,000 per Annum
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 7am – 3.30pm and Friday 6am – 1.30pm.
