Head Chef – Grill Restaurant – Bristol – Up to £36k

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the team at this incredible restaurant in the heart of Bristol. The kitchen is well established, and they would therefore accept applications from strong Sous Chef’s looking to step-up and take the helm for the first time. This is an opportunity to work in a unique kitchen, with great produce from local suppliers and realistic career progression is available within an ever growing company!

You will…

• Have a strong and resilient personality with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment


• Be an experienced Head Chef in a well-established restaurant or be a strong Sous


• Be able to create seasonal dishes, liaising with local suppliers


• Be capable of working as a part of a large team, supplying positive energy


• Sound knowledge of GP, stock control and menu planning
