Head Chef - £50K+ - Exciting Wedding & Events Venue -  Cotswolds

National events company seeks experienced Head Chef for one of their beautiful events venues, based in the Cotswolds.  Due to open in the next couple of months, this venue is one of several located around the country and within the Cotswolds.

This is an exclusive wedding venue and an exciting opportunity for a passionate, hardworking Head Chef to join our team.  This is a hands-on Head Chef role, where creating dishes for exclusive intimate weddings (up to 120 guests) is the name of the game.  This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing wedding and events company.

The menu is exciting, and imaginative, and made with fresh ingredients. A mixture of Mediterranean, Wood Fired Pizzas, Spatchcocks from the Firepit, PirI-Piri and late night food. High class street fare, delivered in a venue like no other.

There is a maximum of 120 guests for a wedding ceremony and meal, with up to 180 guests for an evening function.

About You

• You will be not only a standards driven Head Chef, but you will be a natural leader and run the events and weddings to a high standard.


• You will be up to date with modern trends and your finger will be on the pulse of hospitality.


• You must be hands on and lead the junior brigade by example.


• We need someone who is comfortable cooking amazing high end food for guests.
