Head Chef ~ Straight Shifts ~ Branded ~ Up to £40k + Bonus

We are recruiting experienced Head Chefs or Sous Chefs looking to progress into their first Head Chef role, from a branded background, for a number of clients in Bristol.

Candidate profile…

• Experience of working in a premium branded, high-volume restaurant


• Inspirational kitchen management of large teams of up to 20 staff


• Someone who takes full ownership of their P&L to drive sales and maximise profit


• Attention to detail, a multi-tasker and organised


• Focused on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene at all times


• IT systems literate


• Confident in making decisions, taking initiative and problem solving


• An ambassador for the brand
