Job Description
Rural Pub are on the lookout for a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up, with guidance into entering their first Head Chef role.
Good, quality food with local provenance. A mix of Split shifts & Straight Shifts with 2 days off + Sunday Nights off also. Approx. 45 hours.
The ideal candidate will have a good background of working in Food Led pubs, conducting themselves through service in a calm, professional manner.
