We're recruiting an experienced Head Pizza Chef to take the helm and lead the team at an exciting and buzzing City centre restaurant. The client is seeking a passionate Head Chef with a deep understanding in the art of pizza making. From mixing and shaping the dough, through to utilising the very finest ingredients to create the most delicious toppings. There is also a BIG focus on the Sunday Roast offer due to a loyal following, in addition to small plates served in the Modern European style.
