Overview…

We are seeking a Head Chef for a well-established premium Coffee House collection based in Bath. This Bath based Coffee House is located near the center with access to shops and attractions, making it the perfect lunch spot.

As our Head Chef, you will play a key role leading the team in at a new site. Which will involve the overseeing all aspects of the venue which include the onsite bakery, production and brunch service menu. You will have expertise as a Head Chef running a busy department and demonstrate great communication and leadership skills to motivate others.

The right candidate will have experience within a brunch style establishment or similar, you should also be confident managing a fast paced kitchen and have a passion for training and development.
