Job Description
The Role
- Up to £45,000 pa
- Head Chef position
- Based within the Somerset countryside
- Brand new site currently in development
- Future developments within the business
- Start date of Feb to support the opening of the kitchen
- Accommodation available
- Be involved within crop planning and farm land
- Primarily Wednesday – Sunday shifts
- Open for lunch & dinner service
- 40-45 hours per week
- Use a ‘nose to tail’ approach
About You
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Creative and ambitious flare
- An understanding of British food history – or a keen interest in learning
- Competence to create a weekly menu, utilising the on-site produce
- Collaborate with the Head Grower for ingredients
- Some social media would be beneficial to be able to share and advocate for the company missions

An incredible opportunity to join a new property and concept in the stunning Somerset landscape. As a Head Chef at this Restaurant Farm, you will be responsible for the designing, sourcing and creating menus. As this is a new establishment, you will assist the management team pre-opening.
