We are in search of an experienced Head Chef for a beautiful hotel nestled among picturesque hills and fields of National Trust in Gloucestershire. You will be responsible for providing the food for 50 seater restaurant with busy summer garden with pizza ovens – up to 300 covers, weddings, private events, Christmas and New Year packages.

Ideal Candidate for Head Chef:

• Has experience in managing the Team and work with high volume covers in a wedding venue.


• Is a strong Team Leader and is able to build a stable Team.


• Is dedicated and passionate about their work.
