Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a fantastic team at this Red Star Hotel set in beautiful countryside. It’s a unique opportunity, for any chef who is serious about their career.

30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)

48 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7

You will be a skilled and creative Head Chef with experience in leading a high-quality kitchen. You should have a passion for exceptional food, a deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, and a flair for creating tailored dining experiences. All guests are invited to chat to the Chef and design their own dinner based on the freshest, local and seasonal ingredients that can be sourced. Leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a guest-focused approach are essential.

You will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen in a prestigious AA Red Star property and work with the finest ingredients and the freedom to express culinary creativity.

Due to this rural location, you will require your own transport.
