Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Head Chef to take full ownership of our Client's kitchen, a well-loved pub in the center of Cheltenham. This is a straightforward role with a simple, uncomplicated menu, but we’re looking for someone who can restore high standards and bring pride to the food served.
About the role:
Run the kitchen solo day-to-day
Prepare and cook a straightforward pub menu to a consistently high standard
Take responsibility for ordering, stock control, hygiene, and cost management
Work closely with management to keep the menu appealing and well-executed

About you:
Experienced as a Head Chef or confident Sous Chef ready to step up
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Organised and calm under pressure, especially on busy weekends
