Head Cook – Traditional Pub – Live in – Yeovil

Our Client is a 17th Century Inn set in the heart of Somerset serving a selection of fine ales and cider, along with traditional mouth watering and hearty pub fare. This property has a small collection of lovely B&B rooms, an enclosed beer garden, a wood burning stove for those chilly winter nights, and a newly refurbished function room with skittle alley.

They are currently is looking for a Head Cook to run kitchen side of the operation and serve up to 60 guests at a time in the dining area along side a small team.

If you are a confident Chef with a love for traditional, homely pub food using quality ingredients then this could be the challenge for you. All food produced is cooked with care and attention!
