Housekeeping Manager Job £28,000 - £30,000 Gloucestershire Hotel

An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Housekeeping Manager within this bespoke Country House Hotel, on the outskirts of Cheltenham and Gloucester.

.Requirements: 

• Previous housekeeping & management experience, in a similar sized hotel


• High standards - and be able to instill these into your team


• Ability to work under pressure


• Communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities: 

Main, although this list is not exhaustive;

•    Provide support & assistance, to the GM, as part of the senior management team

•    Lead a team of housekeeping assistants

•    Stock control and ordering

•    Ensuring that all rooms & public areas are cleaned and serviced to high standards.

•    Ensuring that the correct company image and standards are maintained by staff at all times.

•    Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with efficiently, courteously and effectively

•    Actively promote the hotel through effective customer relations

Health, Safety and Hygiene:

•    Adhere to all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.

•    Ensure staff are fully trained
