The Company

Our client operates a traditional Pub in the heart of the Dorset coast. With a love for locally sourced produce cooked to an exceptional and homely standard, our client is using their food offering to lead this warm feeling establishment forward. Our client is beginning to create a good following for their offering and is now looking for the staff to assist in this exciting time.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join this small friendly kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard using a selection of locally sourced ingredients. This role would allow the successful Chef candidate to have full control of the kitchen during the Head Chefs days off along with having an input into menus.

This role will suit a strong Chef de Partie looking to take the step to their first Junior Sous Chef role or an existing Junior Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location. Successful applicants should have knowledge of Pub kitchens along with the ability to produce classic pub fair to an exceptional standard.
