Its restaurant offers a menu based on the seasonal produce that can be grown within its own vast gardens and sourced from the local area. The offering that is created is uncomplicated and rustic and in keeping with that of a British garden.The RoleWe are looking to recruit an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join their friendly kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity, reporting directly to the head chef within a unique and dynamic kitchen team.
