Junior Sous Chef – Country house Hotel and Spa - Somerset £22,000 - £24,000 per annumThe CompanyOur client is a luxury hotel and spa beautifully tucked within the Mendip hills. With around 30 bedrooms this grade two listed country house hotel has been designed in an elegant shabby chic style. Its restaurant offers a menu based on the seasonal produce that can be grown within its own vast gardens and sourced from the local area. The offering that is created is uncomplicated and rustic and in keeping with that of a British garden.The RoleWe are looking to recruit an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join their friendly kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity, reporting directly to the head chef within a unique and dynamic kitchen team.
