Our client operates a beautiful Country House Hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. This hotel epitomises the very best of what Country House Hotels has to offer. Beautifully refurbished to its previous splendour this hotel offers a fine dining restaurant fully equipped with a spa and fabulous gardens. Part of a small and developing group, this property is the ideal place to get away from the rush of the city.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a stable background to join this award-winning kitchen brigade. This role would suit someone who is self motivated and creative and is able to assist the Head and Sous Chef in the daily organisation and running of kitchen operations. Our client requires someone who has a history of working with fresh produce. The right candidate will be able to provide functional assistance by coordinating activities in the absence of the Head and Sous Chef.

Due to the remote location and the nature of the role, candidates require their own transport.

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· A passion for food along with its quality and presentation.

· Previous experience within a rosette awarded establishment is desired but not essential

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Proven experience within a fast paced, professional Kitchen.

· Creative, attentive to detail and able to multitask

· Driven and willing to develop their skills within this stunning environment.
