Junior Sous Chef required for outstanding Hotel based near Tetbury
Our client is seeking a strong, motivated individual to add to their brigade of chefs. Working in this luxury, accoladed Hotel, which champions Local & Seasonal produce combined with fresh and innovative cookery techniques. The right candidate will have experience working in higher end catering, prefferably at an accoladed level.
The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience to go about their responsibilities with a calm manner, a keen enthusiasm and a careful eye for detail. Strong Chef de Partie experience is needed for this role.
