New venue, fresh team, sparkling kitchen, new challenge for you?

We are recruiting Chefs of all levels from a fresh food background to join this incredible company at their beautifully refurbished venue. You will be joining a large brigade, in an all-day operation, working with the finest ingredients, serving from Breakfast until late. Chef de Parties and Junior Sous positions available for immediate start for the right candidates. The high spec kitchen and brigade size provides flexibility for those of you who wish to specialise in a specialist section.

At the very least, you will be experienced in running a section, and working as an integral part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment. You will have sound knowledge of European food from small plates, grills, sourdough pizza, healthy salads and snacks.

What’s on offer…

£11.80 to £13.80 p/h – Grade dependent

Paid for every hour, plus tips

45-hour minimum contract

Uncapped overtime
