An Independently owned Boutique Hotel In Beautiful Spa town of Malvern is looking for a Junior Sous Chef .The Hotel boasts 2 AA Rosettes and are very much pushing for a Third. As Sous chef you would be joining an established brigade of Six Full time chefs. The Kitchen has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme , so has all new equipment inclusive of water baths ,Thermo Mixer and new Rational 5

Junior Sous

Junior Sous Chef – Up to £25k

A Junior Sous Chef is required for this popular Hotel situated on the Malvern Hills. Their 2AA restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. The hotel is currently going through a multi million pound refurbishment and offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. They are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days per week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef:

•Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard

•Ensure food safety/health & hygiene

•Supervise kitchen staff

•Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service

What You Need To Be a Successful Junior Sous Chef:

•Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef

•Passionate about the hospitality industry

•A willingness to learn and progress

•Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
