Our client operates a stunning country house hotel and has phenomenal opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef (or an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up) to join the brigade at an highly regarded kitchen garden style restaurant in Wiltshire. The Junior Sous Chef will have a genuine passion for creating inspiring dishes using locally sourced and home-grown ingredients. The right Junior Sous Chef will have the ambition to develop their supervisory and team development skills.
