The Company

Our client operates a privately owned and one of the finest boutique hotels in the heart of Cambridge. They are continuing to develop and improve their product, their sales are up year on year, and in these uncertain economic times their performance in their sector is unrivalled.

The Role

The chosen candidate will be confident supporting the very strong and established General Manager at this hotel. The right person needs to have previous experience in a 4 star establishment either working as a Food and Beverage Manager, Reception Manager or Operations Manager. Working at this level you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to be financially astute with a thorough understanding of hotel operations.
