The Client

Our client operates an award winning 4 star hotel near to Bristol and Bath. This is part of a large and highly successful group that are recognised both locally and further afield for top quality service and venues. This stunning hotel is ideally situated within easy reach of the M4 so is perfectly situated to explore the area further, also is a fantastic hotel for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. Frequently catering for large conferences and wedding parties this can be a busy and demanding environment, but ultimately highly rewarding.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager. Excellent man management skills, drive and a high attention to detail are key attributes we are looking for. This is a very hands on role in the day to day running of the Hotel, with a focus on all Human Resource, Hotel Marketing, Profit & Loss and Hotel Development. There will also be some input into the group development too, so excellent opportunity to progress within the company.

What we are looking for

- Outstanding Food & Beverage management experience

- Quality 4 star Hotel background

- Excellent financial & hotel operation system knowledge

- Outstanding man management and leadership skills

- Good knowledge of hotel sales and marketing strategies
