Operations Manager- Unique Prestigious Location in Bath – Operations ManagerThe PackageCirca £35,000 dependant on experienceOur client is a privately owned tourist driven catering organisation located in the heart of Bath. We are looking to recruit an experienced operations manager with a strong food and beverage background. As operations manager you will take responsibility for the management of this multifaceted organisation. The role requires an organised individual, who appreciates the importance of excellent customer service, and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of loyal staff. The key responsibilities:Implement new systems to maximise staff efficiencyAnticipating issues and problems and putting solutions in placeEnsuring adequate staffing at all times, through the preparation of rotas, training and supervision.
