Pizza Chef required for Award Winning country pub and Inn, nestled in a beautiful Wiltshire village. Working with fresh farm produce and serving up to 120 pizzas per day, you will have access to high quality ingredients with the opportunity for creativity and stewardship of the role.  As the Pizza Chef you are required to have experience of maintaining, controlling and cleaning the wood fired oven, which is separate from the main kitchen.

Pizza Chef requirements: You will have at least one years’ experience of hand-stretching fresh dough, topping and cooking pizzas in a wood fired oven.  Working Thursday to Sunday, plus Bank Holidays, you will be capable of lone working, with a fantastic team on hand to support in busier periods.

• Understanding how to control cooking temperatures with a wood fired oven


• Ability to work singe-handedly


• Manage and maintain all food safety records for the pizza kitchen


• Working hours are 10.00 – 22.00 each day


• Place orders for the section


• Have a keen interest in local and fresh produce
