Our client owns a renowned Gastro Pub property located with in easy distance from the historic city of Bath. This traditional Gastro pub serves modern, award-winning food and drink to an exceptional standard and is very proud of their offering and reputation. Beautifully refurbished and restored, our client is continuing to develop and improve their product to compete with the best the area has to offer. With a passion for fresh food and local produce, our client has collected multiple awards in this quaint location.
We are currently looking to recruit a Manager to join and lead this renowned team in the beautiful establishment. As the Manager you will be responsible for controlling the daily operation including ensuring the consistent level of both wet and dry sales. The Manager will also be responsible for supervising this energetic and award winning team along with being hands on during all service times.
Key parts of this role will be to motivate and retain staff. The Manager will be responsible for all the training and development and ensuring they are getting the most out of the team.
The ideal Manager candidate will have an infectious personality along with previous experience with in a fast moving Restaurant or Gastro Pub environment. Candidates are also required to have a real passion and knowledge for food and its service on all fronts.
Live in is available at a small charge for candidates wishing to have a change of scenery.
