Our client is a small pub company operating in the South West.

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Pub Manager for their pub just outside Andover in Hampshire. It is in a great location for local community and passing trade and is currently purely liquor led with huge potential to re-introduce food and re-establish its reputation.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience gained as a Pub Manager in busy food and liquor community style pubs.
• Enthusiasm and an outgoing personality.
• The ability to control stock, GPs', costs, budgets, and wastage.
• Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
• Passion for the trade and strong desire to succeed.
• A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
• The ability to identify new revenue streams and drive sales.
