Reception Manager - Central Bristol - £21-25K
Our client, a major hotel chain, are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Manager in central Bristol; managing a team of 10 within a respected high-end operation
The successful candidate will have experience commensurate with the following criteria:
Specific Skills:
A sound knowledge of Opera (v5) is desirable
Property Experience:
· Brand experience is strongly preferred
· Must have worked in a quality three-star or a standard four-star hotel (of 100-250 bedrooms)
· Knowledge of both the corporate and leisure segments
Management:
· A minimum 2-3 years of continuous experience as a Reception or Front of House Manager
· Strong management and leadership skills
· Commercial acumen
· Ability to maintain control of the business in a fast-paced environment
· Talented people trainer
· Excellent competitor knowledge
Personal Qualities:
· Fantastic customer service mentality
· A proven people person
· Unflappable under pressure
· A good listener with strong analytical skills
· Excellent personal hygiene and presentation
