As Staycation Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the accommodation department including reservations, housekeeping, H&S and maintenance. You will ensure that our guests experience is always delivered to the highest standard, and memories are created so that our holiday’s makers return time and time again.
Whether our guests want to discover a touch of luxury, reconnect with nature, settle under comfortable canvas, book a pod or a pitch, there is something to suit the needs of every guest.
The successful Staycation Manager will possess the following experience and qualities:
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- Hospitality and/or tourism experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A hands on approach to their management style.
- Booking system knowledge
- Experience of Microsoft office suite and computer savvy.
- Strong effective team management and leadership skills
- Adoptable and flexible personality
- Organised and detail oriented
- Experience/ knowledge of Health and Safety compliance
- A commitment to delivery of an outstanding guest experience
- High professional and personal standards
- The ability to monitor occupancy combined with financial acumen.
- A willingness to co-ordinate with others departments to facilitate smooth day to day operations.
Due to the remote location of this role, your own transport is necessary.
