Receptionist – 4* Country House Hotel Bath – ReceptionistCirca £15,000 per annumOur client is a 4* country house hotel located just a few minutes from the centre of Bath. They are nested within 20 acres of stunning private grounds with beautiful countryside views. Each of their rooms are beautifully decorated, styled and equipped with all modern conveniences it very much deserves its fabulous reputation.We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join the front office team within this Country House Hotel. Candidates will be responsible providing exceptional customer service and information to guests, as well as liaising efficiently with all other departments in the hotel. Responsibilities will include the checking in and out of guests, ensuring the smooth running of the department. This will involve rooming guests, answering the telephone, banking, as well as dealing with reservations accurately and promptly.
