Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Full Time Night Receptionist for a luxury Hotel, situated just outskirts of Cheltenham. The hours will be 11pm - 7am.

Receptionist duties:

• Booking reservations


• Managing emails


• Answering incoming calls to the hotel


• Checking guests in and out

The night time Receptionist will have:

• Excellent communication skills


• High standards in Customer Service


• A full driving license due to the location


• Previous experience in a similar role (beneficial however full training will be provided).
